Easy homemade pan pizza

Homemade pizza don't have to have you sweating up a baking storm in the kitchen. It could be easier to just slap some simple items you may already have at home together. Not to mention probably less calories too, who wouldn't want that.

Ingredients:

  • 2-4 tortilla (depending if you want 1 or 2 pan sized pizzas)
  • Prego tomato sauce
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • chopped tomatoes
  • chopped onion
  • chopped green pepper
  • sausages

Lay tortilla in 10 inch baking tin or on a cookie tray. Spread shredded mozzarella evenly over tortilla then lay another tortilla on top.  Add the tomato sauce giving an even distribution, then add the remainder of the cheese over that. At this point you can add whatever topping you so desire. For mines i added onions, tomatoes and sausages.
Bake for 15 minutes at 250 degrees, and you have your homemade pan pizza

Every woman's must-haves

Every woman's must-haves.

A great structured bag and a pair of nude pumps.

Here i have a pewter coloured studded handbag, that still has that lady-like structure but the studs all over gives it a bit of an edge that can be suitable for both work and/or play. It's good to have another neutral colour in one's collection other than black.

The nude heel is a comfortable height to wear around the office (no slippers needed, lol) or for any fashionista to run errands around town or even a dinner date. Versatility is our friend ladies. We want pieces that are as multi-functional as us.

Introduction

Welcoming myself to the world of blogging.
Recently figure this is a good idea to document my little "experiments" that i carry out to keep myself sane. Why not a blog, as this might just beat Tumblr lol.
In recent years i  have bee trying out new thngs and carrying out mini DIY projects. Thus far i have made my own clip-in hair extensions (first real DIY project) and i have also tried making a number of dishes that is far from the norm in my traditional Jamaica household. My dishes have been frowned upon by my family as the unfamilair is seen as taboo lol. But i believe in trying anything at least once :)
